What happens if it rains?
We do our best to work with chance of rain days, however we will not set up in mud or rain. See our weather policy page for more details.
What age ranges are your moonbounces for?
All of our moonbounces are commercial grade and suit toddlers up to adults.
How far in advance do I need to order?
As soon as you know your event details, book it in to ensure you get the unit you want. You can book up until the day before without a last minute fee.
How long is the rental for?
We don't use "time limits" but rather work around your event times in the same day. We'll set it up before your party and take it down after your event.
What is the weight limit for the moonbounces?
We go by a specific number of bouncers per unit per manufacturer recommendations. Please refer to the description under the moonbounce for the count of children allowed per unit at a single time.
Do you set it up and take it down?
Yes, we set it up, inflate it, show you how to operate the unit and go along our way. At pick up time, we clean, sanitize, deflate and roll up the unit after the party is finished at our agreed times.
Do we need to hire or have an operator for a private (friends and family) party?
No, you as the party host are responsible for making sure you or someone acts as the operator when the unit is in use and at all times of operation. We train you as an "operator" at the time of set up.
Do we need to hire or have an operator for a public event?
Yes,if the unit is open to the public during an event, a trained operator must be present during all times of operation or while the unit is in use. You may provide staff or volunteers for us to train at the time of set up, or you may request one of our trained operators for your event during the booking process for an additional charge.
Dunk Tanks
What is the weight limit for the seat on the dunk tank?
250 pounds.
Do you set it up and how does it work?
Yes, we set it up. It comes on a trailer that we can push to the exact spot you want it in. You will be responsible for filling it and draining it when done, BEFORE we pick it up.
How long can we have it for?
If requested, we can do a day before delivery and day after pick up, just please abide by all rules and do not leave the dunk tank filled and unattended.
