Weather Policy

Setting up a moonbounce outside relies entirely on the weather. We understand that the bounce house is going to be the highlight of your party, and we very much look forward to setting it up and making you and your guests happy. However, there are days when rain and wind do not cooperate with our days. Keep in mind, safety is our priority, and we will not do anything to jeopardize your guest's safety.

We will NOT set up in mud, rain or under 50 degree weather and we will make any necessary cancellations if there are not appropriate weather conditions. Please understand that temperatures under 50 degrees tightens the Vinyl of the units which does not allow any "give" when jumping around. Again, the safety of the riders and condition of our equipment are priority. We stay in contact with you from the day before to the day of your event regarding any concerns. The best way to predict the weather for the day is by looking at the hourly forecast the morning of. If there's a low possibility of scattered rain showers and something we think we can work with from our experience, we will let you know. We cannot and will not set up a moonbounce with winds or gusts exceeding 15 mph. In the case of inclement weather, your deposit or anything that you've paid will be returned or can be used for a rescheduled rental. Any cancellations other than weather-related concerns will not be refunded.

If your big day comes and the weather does not cooperate, we may also set up indoors with ceiling clearance or reschedule for another date. Again, we understand how important the moonbounce is for your event, however mother nature has it's own plans that neither you or I can control. Thank you for understanding.
